HEALTHY RECIPE  :  GREEN CAPSICUM RINGS


















500 ML. MILK FOR PANEER OR 3/4 CUP PANEER

2 GREEN CAPSICUMS - CUTS IN RINGS

 1 SLICE 

1 TBSP. BUTTER

SALT AS PER TEST

BLACK PEPPER POWDER

1 GREEN CHILLI - CHOPPED

1 TBSP. MAIDA - ALL PURPOSE  FLOUR

1 TBSP. CORIANDER LEAVES - FINELY CHOPPED

15-20 RAISINS - CUTS IN TWO HALF PARTS

MAKE RINGS FROM GREEN CAPSICUM AND REMOVE THE SEEDS FROM IN IT. KEEP ASIDE.
TAKE A PANEER WATER AND SOAK THE 
BREAD IN IT AND SQUIZ AND MAKE CRUMBS.

TAKE A MIXING BOWL AND PUT THE PANEER, CRUMBS, MAIDA, CHILLY RINGS, SALT, BLACK PEPPER POWER, RAISINS HALF CUTS, FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER AND SALT AS PER TEST.
MIX WELL TOGETHER.

TAKE A GREEN CAPSICUM RINGS. 
STUFF THIS MIXTURE IN IT - SEE IN PICTURE.

TAKE A NON STICK PAN. HEAT  1 TSP. OF BUTTER.
PUT THE STUFFED RING AND COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN BOTH SIDES.
















SERVE HOT WITH GREEN CHUTNEY OR SAUCE.
