HEALTHY RECIPE : HOME MADE MARBLE CHOCOLATE


HEALTHY RECIPE :  HOME MADE MARBLE CHOCOLATE 

*    HEAR IS A MARBLE CHOCOLATE WHICH IS QUICK AND SIMPLE TO PREPARE                   USING WITH SAFFOLA OIL .






100 GRAMS DARK CHOCOLATE

100 GRAM WHITE CHOCOLATE 

1 + 1 TBSP SAFFOLA OIL

15 - 20 SALTY PEANUTS - COARSELY GRIND

15 - 20 RAISINS 

PLASTIC MOULD

GRATE DARK CHOCOLATE.
PLACE GRATED DARK CHOCOLATE IN A DOUBLE BOILER OR IN A BOWL OVER A PAN OF HOT WATER.
COOK THE CHOCOLATE TILL MELTS, OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
WHISK THE CHOCOLATE.
ADD SAFFOLA OIL IN MELTED CHOCOLATE. MIX WELL.
REMOVE FROM OVER THE HEAT.
TAKE A PLASTIC MOULD. PLACE THE COARSELY GRIND PEANUT BOTTOM OF ALL MOULDS.










THEN POUR THE CHOCOLATE IN MOULD OVER THE PEANUT, TILL FILL HALF.
KEEP ASIDE.

THEN--
*  GRATE, MELT WHITE CHOCOLATE, AS ABOVE WHISK ..ADD SAFFOLA AND THEN MIX.
PALACE ONE RAISIN OVER DARK CHOCOLATE MOULD. 
POUR THE WHITE CHOCOLATE OVER IT IN THE HALF FILL MOULD TO LEVEL.
TAP THE MOULD. 
MOVE THE TOOTHPICK SLOWLY, UP AND DOWN - AND ALL OVER IN  FILL WITH DARK AND WHITE CHOCOLATE MOULD, - TO CREATE A MARBLE EFFECT.
REFRIGERATE THE PLASTIC MOULD OF CHOCOLATE 15 - 20 MINUTES.
THEN DE MOULD THE MARBLE CHOCOLATE FROM PLASTIC MOULD.
 WRAP THE MARBLE CHOCOLATE WITH PAPER AND STORE IN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER IN REFRIGERATOR.
