HEALTHY RECIPE :   OPEN CAPSICUM GRILL TOAST

60 GRAM CAPSICUM - FINELY CHOPPED

1 CUCUMBER -FINELY CHOPPED

1 NO. TOMATO - FINELY CHOPPED

4 TBSP GREEN CHUTNEY

4 CUBE CHEESE GRATED 

4 TBSP. TOMATO CATCHUP

3 TBSP. BUTTER 

8 SLICES BREAD -REMOVED  BOARDER

SALT AS PER TEST 

1 TSP. PEPPER POWDER

BUTTERED THE SLICES. 
FIRST, SPREAD THE GREEN CHUTNEY OVER ONE BREAD SLICE.
MAKE SECOND LAYER OF TOMATO CATCHUP OVER IT.
HEAT A THICK BOTTOMED PAN.
HEAT A BUTTER AND SAUTÉ CHOPPED CAPSICUM INIT OVER SLOW FLAME.
THEN ADD FINELY CHOPPED CUCUMBER AND TOMATO.
MIX WELL.
ADD SALT AS PER TEST, PEPPER POWDER AND GRATED CHEESE.
MIX WELL TOGETHER.
COOK FOR ONLY 1 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM FLAME.
MIXTURE IS READY NOW.

PUT ON  THE MIXTURE AND SPREAD OVER LAYERED BREAD SLICE, WHICH WE HAVE READY FIRST.
SPRINKLE  THE GRATED CHEESE OVER IT.
REPEAT WITH REMAIN SLICES.
PUT A BUTTER IN A GRILL TOASTER AND COOK - TOAST A GRILL CAPSICUM TOAST.  
GARNISH WITH TOMATO CATCHUP.
SERVE WITH TOMATO CATCHUP AND SHREDDED ONION - TOMATO SALAD.
