HEALTHY RECIPE :  PANEER TOMATO DEEP

500 GRAM. TOMATO - FINELY CHOPPED

100 GRAM PANEER

2 TBSP. CREAM

2 TBSP. CURD

2  TSP. CHILLI POWDER

1/2 AJWAIN   (AJMO)  POWDER

1 NO. ONION PASTE

1 TBSP. GARLIC PASTE

1/2 TSP. CINNAMON POWDER

1 TBSP. SUGAR (OPTIONAL)

100 GRAM. BUTTER

SALT AS PER TEST

2-3 FRESH MINT LEAVES.

HEAT A BUTTER IN A THICK BOTTOMED PAN.
ADD ONION GARLIC PASTE IN IT AND SAUTÉ.
THEN ADD AJWAIN POWDER, CHILLI POWDER AND CINNAMON POWDER.
MIX WELL.  SAUTÉ FOR  2 SECONDS OVER SLOW FLAME.
THEN ADD FINELY CHOPPED TOMATO, SALT AND SUGAR.
COOK FOR TWO MINUTES. 
REMOVE FROM FLAME.
ADD CURD AND PANEER.
MIX WELL TOGETHER WITH BLENDER TO MAKE LUSTRE CONSISTENCY JUST LIKE A DEEP.
POUR IN A SERVING BOWL. 
GARNISH WITH SMOOTH CREAM AND MINT LEAVES.
