HEALTHY RECIPE : NUTRITIOUS VEG DALIYA - VEG BROKEN WHEAT 





3/4 CUP SOAKED BROKEN WHEAT.

3/4 BOWL MIX VEGETABLE  - CHOPPED (CABBAGE, BOTTLE GOURD-LAUKI,MUTER-GREEN PEAS, GOBI FLOWER, EGG PLANT -BENGAN , CARROT GRATED, POTATO ETC. )
















 2 SMALL TOMATO - FINELY CHOPPED 

1 ONION - CHOPPED OR SLICED

1 CHILLY - CHOPPED OR SLIT

2 TBSP. OIL ( DESHI GHEE OR SAFFOLA OIL- IF YOU WANT )

10-12 CURRY LEAVES

1 TSP. CUMIN SEEDS



1 TSP.  MUSTERED SEEDS

1 TAJ PATTA 

5-6 CLOVE

PINCH ASAFOETIDA ( HING )

SALT AS PER TEST

2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES - CHOPPED

1 TSP. TURMERIC POWDER

1 1/2 TSP. RED CHILLY POWDER

1 TBSP. DHNIYA JEERA POWDER

1 TSP. CINNAMON POWDER ( OPTIONAL )

HEAT A PRESSURE COOKER WITH OIL.
ADD PINCH ASAFOETIDA.
ADD MUSTERED SEEDS AND CUMIN SEEDS.
WHEN THEY CRACKLE, ADD CLOVE, TAJ PATTA AND CURRY LEAVES AND SLIT OF CHILLY.
THEN ADD CHOPPED ONION AND CHOPPED TOMATO, SAUTE TILL THEY COOK.
THEN ADD SOAKED BROKEN WHEAT. 

















MIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE.
THEN ADD 3/4 BIG BOWL OF CHOPPED MIX VEGETABLE.


















MIX WELL .
ADD DHNIYA JEERA POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLY POWDER, SALT AND CINNAMON POWDER. 
MIX WELL TOGETHER.
ADD 1 1/2 CUP OF WATER AND MIX.
COVER WITH LID THE PRESSURE COOKER WITH  A WHISTLE AND GASKET.
MAKE 4 WHISTLE TO COOK VEG BROKEN WHITE.
AFTER 10 MINUTES OPEN THE LID AND MIX THE VEG.
SERVE IN SERVING BOWL OR SERVING PLATE,  GARNISHING WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
IT'S A VERY DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS VEG FOR ALL AGE'S PEOPLE.
