HEALTHY RECIPE :  SPICY BANANA VEG.





















3 BANANAS

1/2 CAPSICUM - FINELY CHOPPED OR SLIVERS

1 CHILLI - RINGS

6-8 CURRY LEAVES

2-3 TBSP OIL OR LESS

2-3 SMALL PIECES CINNAMON OR POWDER

3-4 CLOVE


PINCH MUSTARD SEEDS

PINCH CUMIN SEEDS

SALT AS PER TEST

PINCH TURMERIC POWDER

1 TSP. RED CHILLI POWDER

1 TSP. CUMIN POWDER

1 TSP. GARAM MASALA

PINCH ASAFOETIDA - HING

2 TBSP. CORIANDER LEAVES - CHOPPED


CUT THE BANANA IN HORIZONTAL TWO PART.
THEN CHOP IN SMALL PART.
HEAT A OIL IN PAN AND ADD CLOVES, CINNAMON, MUSTARD SEEDS, CUMIN SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES.
WHEN THEY CRACKLE ADD PINCH ASAFOETIDA, TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER, CUMIN POWDER AND  GARAM MASALA.
THEN ADD SOME OF CHILLI RINGS ADD CHOPPED CAPSICUM IN IT.
MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 2 SECONDS.
ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER INIT.

















BOIL THE MASALA WATER FOR 2-3 SECONDS.
ADD SALT AND MIX.
ADD CHOPPED BANANA IN IT.


















MIX WELL TOGETHER AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINUTES.



















TRANSFER IN A SERVING BOWL.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND CAPSICUM SLIVERS.
SERVE WITH ROTI, BHAKHRI, PURI, AND THEPLA.
